The New Jerusalem is biblical, though the place is unspecified during Joseph Smith's time. We also call it Zion aside from New Jerusalem. A place where people unite together in serving and worshipping Christ with Love and devotion. But the later instructions say that we can build Zion to whatever community we belong to, Zion is a place or New Jerusalem, and I don't think they have that kind of teachings. Revelation 3:12 says about the New Jerusalem as this -
Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
And also, in Revelation 21:2 that says this -
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
If we're to understand it, the New Jerusalem is a place anointed by God as a choice place where people dwell in righteousness and worship God.

"Sila nga daw nagbinyagan... etc."? Obviously, you don't know what you're saying. You simply just read parts of the passage without knowing the context. There's no hula hoops in the passage that you quote, the thing is, you don't have the idea of your statement rather pick up just right for criticism. You can't even define what you're saying. I will make a full coverage of the verses that you quote on my next post and will make it more clearer. Meanwhile, as according to the words thrown by Job Bautista, this proves that you're not civil and your religion is simply a hoax, to much of a ministerial brainwashing on your religion.
