Shammahel's day and we give her a little Celebration

Today is Sunday, so as usual, nag-church kami together as a family to keep the Sabbath day. But this Sunday was also special because it was the birthday of our firstborn, Shammahel.

Soon after Sunday School, umuwi muna kami, then lumabas ulit to buy some food for her birthday. Though matagal na siyang wala sa amin, we still remember her and all the beautiful memories we have of her.

We are grateful to our Father in Heaven for giving us Shammahel. Yes, she was the answer to our prayer, and having her in our lives was such a wonderful blessing we received. We still miss her very much, pero alam namin na someday, we will see her again.

And later on, nag-dinner kami and invited the Mojica family to join us at home. It was just a simple little salo-salo, pero it was a nice way to remember her birthday and spend some time together as families.

We actually forgot to take pictures during dinner. I don't know, pero baka hindi lang talaga namin naisip. Sometimes, we get so busy while enjoying the moment that we even forget to take a few pictures; importante pa naman sana.

And still, the memories of our daughter will always remain in our hearts.
