Nothing in the Scriptures says ito ay natupad na, it simply was the part of the organization of the church or as the body of Christ. The Church that Christ built was never changed in its authoritative ministry and structural pattern of ecclesiastical settings. Prophets and Apostles hold the same authority, and the current LDS authorities were all Prophets, Seers, and Revelators. Of course, there is one who was chosen to preside over the entire church, and we simply call him President, who also holds the same authority as Peter, James, and John. Obviously, you don't have any pattern for that except for the SUGO and the HULING SUGO and so on, without Apostles, biblically, you're not even aligned to the pattern of Paul's teaching to the Ephesians and Corinthians.

There's no teaching of Christ that says his Church organisations will then be changed in the future; nowhere in the scriptures can you support that kind of INC ideology.

Wrong, this is the same Biblical pattern on how God calls his servants, you're simply telling everyone that God will no longer do and has changed his ways. What a shame! Even during Christ's preparation for his ministry angel had appeared to give him to minister, comfort, and strengthen him on his preparation (Matthew 4:11), and yet here you are telling everyone Felix Manalo is the Prophet of the Philippines, INC church, and since when? Did God appear to him like Paul on the way to Damascus (Galatians 1:11-12, Acts 9:3-6)? Did someone speak to him like Samuel heard a voice in his room (1 Samuel 3:10)? Or did something like an angel appear to him, like Mary, Joseph, Christ, Samson's Parents, and the rest of the Biblical account that proves God's call for him (Luke 1:26-38, Matthew 1:20-21, Judges 13)? Can you prove it? Of course you can't, cause you don't have anything to prove to Manalo Sugo. Your cockyness proves you're not credible in any area of discussion. You're simply showing how unlearned you are in biblical studies.
