Election in the Philippines: Is it really Corrupt?

Just a short commentary of some Philippine Election Standards that needs to be change. I don't have any party list to introduce for everyone since I hold my stand as a nonpartisan. But here's the thing though, this kind of practices should be stop or in some future times we should be vigilant as a voice of the nation.
