Attending a Friends Baptism in Stake Center

It's fast and Testimony Sunday, and as usual, we gather for our Sunday Service in the Bulawen Branch. But on the same day was the Baptismal date of a friend at Sto. Rosario, Iba, where we used to live. So, as the invitation goes, we went there and attended the program for some support and fellowshipping with the IBA Ward as their home ward.

Some refreshments soon after the baptismal program, I wasn't able to provide a picture during the programs since it was so reverent, so I decided to have a photo after, and here it was below.

The Gabriel Family of six was baptized this day. They were former Iglesia Ni Cristo Members, and before we knew them, as actively participating in their religious activity in Sto. Rosario IBA. Yet, as a Latter-day Saint showing a good example for them, it may probably be one of the indications of their interest in the church. Actually, my wife does. She had a lot of conversations with them while I was at work.

We don't talk much about our lives, but yes, we do know each other as the veil gently opens in our eyes after the gospel has been taught. Challenges will go on, and there may be times our faith will be tested, but as God lives, He won't fail us. It's a matter of time to be together, hoping to see them sometime in the temple.
