Felix Manalo the last Messenger by Neil Andi Anderson

Alright so here's Neil Andi Anderson's version of their so call messenger of the far east which basically they call it Philippines. Let's find some of the interesting study of Neil Andi Anderson in trying to brought up how this Felix Manalo because God's Choose Messenger if he really was and let's find some of biblical evidence to prove his claim, if we can find one to prove it's truthfulness. Maybe, so let's dive in -

Jerry Nuñez Bustillo How many times i send it to you an article about FYM as a messenger of God in this last days through many prophecies about his task. But you still rejected it for it is already in your mindset that the conman Smith is a real messenger even has a ZERO prophecy. Sa tagalog pa "BIGLANG SULPOT" and using visions but all are contradictions of what is written in the bible. If you compare your sulpot 1830 history napakalayo. Para malaman mo ang buong sinasabi ng bibliya tungkol sa pagkakasugo ni FYM at paano ito nagsimula. THE EMERGENCE OF the Iglesia Ni Cristo in the Philippines fulfills the prophecies of God written in the Bible concerning His sons and daughters whom He will call from the Far East in these last days (cf. Isaiah 43:5-6 and Moffatt; 41:9-15; 46:11-13; Acts 2:39; John 10:16; Revelation 7:2-3). These biblical prophecies have also pointed to a servant of God whom He will send to lead God’s chosen people from the ends of the earth:

Will, obviously he simply copied this to one of their web article and teaching regarding Felix Manalo of Philippines as God Chosen servant. Yeah sure, cause that were you get your doctrine but not entirely you personal study of the context. Let's elaborate it here and see what's the verses says about him (Felix Manalo and the Iglesia Ni Christ) if this was actually about it. So here's the verses below followed by its context that I'll add in a comprehensive commentary for Neil Andi Anderson -
  • Isaiah 43:5-6 (Moffat's version as there standing version since the only version that was suggested by their Ministers because of the word "far east", which as they think was all about the Philippines. See the screen shot of the version. I only have the PDF format)
  • Isaiah 41:9-15
    • Verse 9: The Lord reminds Israel that He has chosen them as His servant, calling them from the ends of the earth. They are chosen and not cast away.
    • Verse 10: A powerful reassurance is given: "Fear thou not; for I am with thee." The Lord promises His strength, help, and righteousness.
    • Verse 11: Those who oppose Israel will be ashamed and confounded—they will come to nothing.
    • Verse 12: Enemies that contend with Israel will disappear, becoming as nothing and void.
    • Verse 13: The Lord personally assures Israel, "Fear not; I will help thee," emphasizing His guidance and support.
    • Verse 14: Despite feeling small or weak ("thou worm Jacob"), Israel should not fear because the Lord, their Redeemer, is with them.
    • Verse 15: God promises to transform Israel into a powerful force, likening them to a "new sharp threshing instrument" capable of overcoming great obstacles.
  • Isaiah 46:11-13 (below was my commentary of this subject since it was opened up. Check it out)
  • Acts 2:39
    • It's part of Peter's sermon on the day of Pentecost. After the Holy Ghost was poured out upon the Apostles, resulting in them speaking in tongues, a crowd gathered, curious about what was happening. Peter stood up and delivered a powerful message about Jesus Christ, explaining His death, resurrection, and the fulfillment of prophetic promises. This particular verse emphasizes the accessibility of God's promise of salvation and the Holy Spirit—not just for the immediate audience, the Jews present at Pentecost, but also for future generations and those "afar off." So Neil Andi Anderson for your reference and to be fair, this can be understood as extending to the Gentiles and all who are called by God. The inclusion of "all that are afar off" highlights the universal nature of the gospel of Jesus Christ and its availability to anyone who responds to God's call.
  • John 10:16
    • In this passage, Jesus is speaking about His role as the Good Shepherd. Earlier in the chapter, He explains how the Good Shepherd lays down His life for His sheep, contrasting His care and sacrificial love with hired hands who might abandon the sheep when danger comes. The "other sheep" in this verse refer to those who are not part of the current fold, or community, that Jesus is addressing. In the context of the New Testament, this is often interpreted to mean the Gentiles (in General not only the Philippines and the Iglesia Ni Christo where they claimed to be), who would later be brought into the fold through the missionary efforts of the Apostles and early Christian converts. For Latter-day Saints, this verse also holds special significance in connection with the Book of Mormon, so yeah it part of Christ address to the People He visited in ancient America soon after his resurrection as described in the Book of Mormon, and hence were also part of His fold. So nope, if you're to use that in General Term Neil Andi Anderson, that couldn't be the Filipino people in Philippines who belongs to your Iglesia Ni Christo as the only chosen people rather the Gentiles who embraces the Gospel in General, let's just assume it's not the LDS Church since you want it to be that way. But yeah of course we're talking about biblical context and this one fails your ideology.
  • Revelation 7:2-3
    • This describes a scene with symbolic and prophetic meaning in the vision of the Apostle John. Here's what's happening in these verses: Verse 2: John sees another angel ascending from the east with the seal of the living God. This angel calls with a loud voice to the four angels who have been given the power to harm the earth and the sea. Verse 3: The angel instructs the four angels not to harm the earth, sea, or trees until the servants of God have been sealed on their foreheads. In the broader context of Revelation 7, these verses come after the opening of the sixth seal and serve as an interlude before the opening of the seventh seal. The sealing mentioned is often interpreted as a symbolic act of divine protection for God’s faithful followers amidst forthcoming trials and judgments. The sealing on the forehead signifies being marked for preservation and salvation, echoing Old Testament themes where God's people are set apart or protected through divine signs. The imagery highlights God’s care and protection over His people, ensuring they are marked and recognized as His own before the end-time events continue to unfold.
Alright, so far this scriptural reference doesn't directly meant about the Iglesia Ni Christo Reference, but fair enough if you want to use it in general term as a Christian Followers. I don't know about you Neil Andi Anderson as to what came out to your mind in quoting it as a direct revelation of your church while it is not.

Let's move on to another topic he'd opened up -

"Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, THOU ART MY SERVANT; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." (Isaiah 41:9-10 KJV, enphasis mine)

That's a funny word "enphasis mine". Anyway this has NOTHING to do about anything about the Iglesia Ni Christo or Felix Manalo. Isaiah was speaking directly to the exiled Israelites which in verse 8 it that says this -

But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend

Below we elaborate a short Context of Isaiah 41:9-10 for Neil Andi Anderson.
In this chapter Neil Andi Anderson, God is speaking through the prophet Isaiah to reassure the Israelites. During a time when they might have felt abandoned or threatened by surrounding nations, these verses convey God's promise of support and protection. Not the people in Philippines, Isaiah never mentioned anything about them during the Israelites exile.

Here are the Key Themes for your study Neil Andi Anderson -
  • Chosen People: The texts highlight that Israel (referred to as God's servant) has been chosen by God and is therefore not forgotten.
  • Divine Assurance: God provides reassurance to not fear because He is with them, upholding them with His strength and righteousness.
Who It Refers To Neil Andi Anderson?
Primarily, the verses are directed to the nation of Israel, God's chosen people or the Israelites and not the Filipino people or someone else, who were often threatened by larger empires around them. However, and just to be fair to our friend Neil Andi Anderson and INC Company, these verses are also seen as universally applicable to all followers of God, conveying the idea that God is present with His followers, offering strength and support, which basically mean it's not for INC in general but to those who observed the laws and covenants and followers of Christ.

Moving forward, here's another reference that he tries to point out which leads us again to a different topic of Isaiah's prophecy about the Ravenous Birds, commonly we knew it as Cyrus of Persia, but not in thier Doctrine, they never believe it has something to do about Cyrus and it seems like the credit goes to someone else in the Philippines. Let's try to look how Neil Andi Anderson said it -

God said to His “servant” whom He “have taken from the ends of the earth” that “I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.” Another biblical prophecy points out that God’s messenger from the ends of the earth will came from “a far country” in the East, or the Far East:

"Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it. Hearken unto me, ye stouthearted, that are far from righteousness: I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my glory." (Isaiah 46:11-13 KJV)

The “ravenous bird from the east” mentioned in Isaiah 46:11 is also the the man that executeh God’s counsel from a far country. Through him, God will bring near His righteousness. Thus, the messenger of God from the ends of the earth, from the Far East, is a preacher of the Gospel for the righteousness of God that He will bring near to the people through this messenger is the the Gospel which is also the power of God to salvation:

Alright, let's elaborate the rest of the outline. He didn't mention a name Felix Manalo of the Philippines as they reference to it as the "Far East" County by which Isaiah  as they claim had pointed out to execute God's Council or should we say instructions. Seriously Neil Andi Anderson? Was it how the context of the bible said? Here's a thing about this to see what happened during Isaiah Prophecy to help you out.

Isaiah 46:11-13 is a passage where God speaks through the prophet Isaiah about His power and plan to use Cyrus the Great, a king from the east, to fulfill His purposes. Let's break down the context of Isaiah 46:11-13 to help you about it Neil Andi Anderson.
  • Verse 11: Mentions a "bird of prey" from the east and a "man who executes My counsel from a far country." This is traditionally understood to refer to Cyrus the Great of Persia. Cyrus was instrumental in allowing the Israelites to return from Babylonian captivity, playing a pivotal role in God's plan for His people.
  • Verse 12-13: Emphasizes God's righteousness and salvation, indicating that His plans are certain and His justice will be manifested. This serves as a comfort to Israel, assuring them of God's eventual deliverance.
Regarding Felix Manalo who was the founder of the Iglesia ni Cristo, a religious organization based in the Philippines. While some interpretations within that organization may view certain biblical prophecies as referring to Manalo, mainstream biblical scholarship historically identifies Cyrus the Great as the fulfillment of these specific prophecies in Isaiah 46.

In the broader Latter-day Saint context or Christian theology, there isn't substantiated biblical evidence linking Isaiah 46:11-13 to Felix Manalo specifically. The passage is traditionally viewed in the context of historical events regarding Israel and its deliverance from Babylonian exile through Cyrus. This because Isaiah as almost all of his writings pointed out to Israelites captivity and freedom from bondage which he had seen will come to pass while looking up to the prophecy. Isaiah did never meet Cyrus in person due to the gap of years and yet he as revelation show name the person Cyrus would come to help the Israel return to their land and worship their God, in which Felix Manalo of Philippines has nothing to do about. See the difference Neil Andi Anderson? And by the way, according to your copied article, the about the "messenger is the preacher of the Gospel for righteousness" were you use to refered to as "the that executeth my (God's) Counsel" as Isaiah pointed out were wasn't necessarily a preacher, Cyrus did never knew anything about Israel and their religion he didn't even care about it, but he did fulfilled all Isaiah's words to bring this people back to their promise land and to restore their religious rights and freedom, that's how he execute the Prophetic words from Isaiah and Felix Manalo did never do anything about Israel in Fulfilling Isaiah's prophecy for them. Way to different Neil Andi Anderson, totally different.

Moving on, as we continue to see some of the points he meant about as how this Iglesia Ni Christo movement goes on let's go ahead and see the rest of the reference from Neil Andi Anderson -

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, ‘The just shall live by faith.’" (Romans 1:16-17 NKJV)

I don't know that this has to do with the rest of their so called prophecy about Felix Manalo and the Iglesia Ni Christo, but it seems like this was about Paul in his writing to the Romans and the Speaker was all about his act of courage in bringing the Gospel to the Nation. So, uhhm yeah, what was this all about Neil Andi Anderson?

Brother Felix Y. Manalo is the messenger of God from the ends of the earth and from the Far East, whom God sent to perform this task. God has given His messenger the assurances that He will help and strengthen him un pursuing such noble task in the face of tremendous odds and difficulties. God said to Him:

"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." (Isaiah 41:10 KJV)

And there you are again using the same scheme but that doesn't work. Isaiah did never made any mention about Felix Manalo and the Philippine in restoring the Israel to their land and freedom. And for heaven sake, just when did Felix Manalo claimed that God speaks to him and told him about that verse from Isaiah, I never knew anything that God did talk to him and give him directions or Prophecy (yeah everyone doesn't like it) or maybe something about Angelic Visitation. NOTHING Neil Andi Anderson, don't you ever use Isaiah's words for that kind of scheme. So why would I believe that? Why would someone believe that? The only thing you have there was the fame of the Manalo Family and how proud you were that Philippines has a Religion, but it has nothing to do anything about the biblical prophecy, again I said it NOTHING.

The growth and development of the Iglesia Ni Cristo from its humble beginnings to its present dynamic stature, attest to the fulfillment of these prophecies. The membership of the Church increased at a phenomenal rate from a handful of adherents gathered in its pioneering years to the millions now scattered in many parts of the world.

The growth is not an issue to me, God would never look on numbers. Scriptures says at the last days they were but few will be saved (Matthew 7:13-14). But as my opinion goes, it is just mine. Ok so let's move on, I never knew anything about that humble beginning of your story Neil Andi Anderson? Iglesia Ni Christo were never meant to have that kind of attributes from the start, your religion simply persecutes other Christian religion, from your speakers, to debate and even in your Pasugo Magazines that all pointed out to hate everyone who embraces Christian different from yours. You people never said anything about respect and charity towards others faith rather teaching everyone to war with them brainwashing their faith in every article of your Pasugo Magazine. That's insanely humble beginning as you said it, and your religious organization grows up that way. So humble? Seriously?

The houses of worship that the Church has built has effectively changed the Philippine landscape which the Catholic Church used to dominate. The iglesia Ni Cristo houses of worship now can also be seen in different parts of the world where the Church gained a foothold.

Yeah, I can see how humble was that? That's a perfect example Neil Andi Anderson, Good luck to that. And to everyone, have a nice day.
