Who is the Third Person on Grammar Study by Jose Rodelio Retome Rata

Jose Rodelio Retome Rata, was trying his very best to understand how the grammar works and the speaker and the person address. Note: I'm not also expert to this but I'll just go ahead on the basic -
From his post on different Group that he wanted to gather information through "Ignoratio Elenchi" fallacy.

So how will this Work? So here it is how Jose Rodelio Retome Rata, and let's just Go ahead and use that verse you used.

Note: This was addressed to Joseph Smith in a revelation he received (see Section Heading). Though in this sections, John's verbatim words was also recorded (see verses 8-17), but it should not be confuse with the speaker (see verses 1-7)

Ok so let go right into it -

Doctrine and Covenants 93:26 The Spirit of truth is of God (3rd Person). I am (First Person/Speaker) the Spirit of truth, and John(3rd Person) bore record of me, saying: He received a fulness of truth, yea, even of all truth;

So back to Jose's Question: How was that supposed to be the 3rd Person? First, understand that the Person who's speaking is always the 1st Person, and the lister or audience was automatically the 2nd Person, sometimes multiple audience depend on the usage (e.g. Are you all listening?), and on this particular verse, it was Joseph Smith who receives Christ words. Here we can easily stablish 1st and 2nd persons on the content. So what about the 3rd Person? If the Speaker is talking to the 2nd Person referring to someone (either one person or more) or something, it is called the Third Person.

Sample natin sa Tagalog ha -

Brother Mike (2nd Person), Meron ako ibibigay na aklat na gawa ni Brother Jake (3rd person), gusto mo ba?
* Natural ako nasalita matic ako ang 1st person.

Same goes with the above verse, Christ is talking to Joseph Smith by way of Revelation, and he refers John who testify of him and God the Father who is the source of the Spirit. Get's na Jose Rodelio Retome Rata? Magaral kasing mabuti, wag Bulakbul.
