Paul made an attempt to help them understand the event during Christ's coming. verse 13 Paul said that -
But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. - 1 Thessalonians 4:13
So obviously, this epistle was only to help them understand how the Resurrection goes, but it doesn't say anything about those people who were already resurrected after Christ.
Matthew 27:52-53: "And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, and came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many."
In short, Paul is teaching them how the Resurrection goes to everyone, where the righteous rise first, then the wicked, but that doesn't mean those people who were resurrected already were still part of it. Which means you fail miserably.
