This is a random Post that I encounter while scrolling on my phone, and this one is a direct question to everyone. I don't know the rest of the responses and I won't care keeping it in here. Anyway, lets just made a direct comment about this thought.

You have a point. What did Christ really taught us as one of his followers or as a Christian? How do we define Christianity the way we converse to People who are of different faith? Let's ask the scriptures to help us learn about it -

Here are some scriptural verses that touch on the concept of mocking in its danger and why it's discouraged:

• Proverbs 19:29 "Judgments are prepared for scorners, and stripes for the back of fools."
• Proverbs 21:24 "Proud and haughty scorner is his name, who dealeth in proud wrath."
• Isaiah 28:22 "Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord God of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth."
• 2 Nephi 9:28 "O that cunning plan of the evil one! O the vainness, and the frailties, and the foolishness of men! When they are learned they think they are wise, and they hearken not unto the counsel of God, for they set it aside, supposing they know of themselves, wherefore, their wisdom is foolishness and it profiteth them not. And they shall perish."

Yep, I agree with your question and so far Christianity in general needs to fixed. I even LDS circle need to adapt the teachings of the Scriptures.
