Missionary Experience

Missionaries were walking and wanted to have a good investigator to teach. While in the small town they saw a nice house and plan to knock on doors so that they could teach people about the message.

Elder 1: Now this one is perfect. Let's go and knock on doors and see if we can teach to them the restoration.

While knocking, they notice that someone's running inside the house and hiding. Still, they keep on knocking for a few minutes. Then finally they decided to go to other houses because they think the house owner is not interested in their teachings.

Elder 2: Okay Elder, let's go and find a good one. But before that, we will leave a note to this house so that people will realize the messages we have are important for their salvation.

Elder 1: Okay, so what will be the scripture verse you'll quote in?

Elder 2: This one, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. - Revelation 3:20"

Elder 1: So, do you think that scripture message will work and might be someday they understand it and be baptized?

Elder 2: Don't worry Elder, they will understand it.

Main while as they keep knocking on the doors of different houses, the missionary was so disappointed for most of them rejected the missionaries and their teachings. So the two decide to find a good spot in a different town perhaps they could get a good investigator. And while on their way back, they noticed the first house where they'd put a note in the gate. And to their surprise, their note was answered, so they passed by and read the message on the gate.

Elder 1: Hey Elder, look at that. They reply to our posted note. Now this one is perfect.

Elder 2: I see, now read what the note says.

Elder 1: It's a scriptural verse too. That says uh! "And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked, and I hid myself. - Genesis 3:10"

Elder 2: I'm sure they will be baptized.

Elder 1: That's great, now let's teach them.
